We repair LCD screens from notebook size right up to large TV panels of 52”. Our core competence is in LCD panel repair however we also have PCB repair capability including BGA replacement should you have a requirement.
Repair
Our repair capability covers TAB bonding across all sizes, electrical mechanical repairs including backlight and diffuser replacement, all sizes, and polariser replacement up to 23". We also have a de-laminator for larger panels. Our core competence is in LCD panel repair however we also have PCB repair capability including BGA replacement should there be a requirement.
Refurbish
Restructa LCD Limited offer refurbishment services on behalf of clients, this includes the repair, test and preparation of TV/monitors/equipment units for sale, these units are passed back to clients to market and Restructa LCD Limited are financially compensated by way of profit share or for repairs carried out.
Recycle
Restructa LCD Limited are licensed under the waste management exemption activities, paragraph 47.
We are one of the very few companies in the UK who actually carry out LCD recycling services, units are not shredded with other material, they are carefully segregated into component elements, this includes
Removal and recycling of backlights.
Removal and where possible reuse/refurbishment of key component parts, eg LCD Panel.
Strip down and recycling of units which are beyond economical repair/broken.
